Absolutely nothing. The investors pay US. The owner would only be responsible for the prorated taxes of the current year to the county. We will get previous delinquent taxes taken care of.

How long after closing do I get my funds? It depends on your bank, but typically within 24-48 hours if you chose direct deposit and 4-7 days if you elect to have a check mailed.
